What's the point of drawing people -
Maybe it is good to ask why - would someone like that. What is in this for you - and why would you even…do it if there are photos and sure - there is fancy AI technology making a great break through for - all human kind - in creating amazing hyper realistic crisp and precise portraits in any style or form you like. What is the point - of drawing people?
I guess so - firstly.
Second of all. I suppose it’s more the process and what you can grasp sometimes looking at a person. It’s not really about them even - just the feeling. It’s a very intimate thing to draw a person - they don’t have to be nude either though that is also a curious experience. It is more just about the feeling of the moment and how it feels to you - so the interpretation is not really just of them but of yourself.
No matter what you draw if you draw it with your own hand - it is going to always be an interpretation of yourself. And even if you don’t like it or wouldn’t put it up on a wall later - you don’t need to. It was just the moment. And we have many different ways - and many different lives ofcourse to enjoy - moments. It is just whether or not you like it they fade. And sometimes they may not be captured or found or remembered - unless you have these -
And these simply means - physical written or drawn memories. In a sense I feel that in the moment of intimately writing or drawing another human being you kind of resurface parts of yourself - and what is the point of that. Why - bother with that.
Because you are - free in this moment because nobody is telling you why what to do or how to do it. You have a kind of spiritual completion - in the moment of thinking rearranging or reinterpreting.
So in a sense interpreting a chart for me is a similar thinking pattern. I’m looking at something obvious to me and in a way I write it down - as a way of interpreting what I know feel or even - smell sometimes - as psychic gifts are very unique things. You just know it - and then it is up to your words, actions or paint brush to just swing that vibration into action.
In a sense a drawing is useful because you get to see it. It is still a program - it is code for what you know or what you have come to be - by that moment in time - and yes it is sometimes ruled by other factors - your health how you feel or just what you see in yourself.
In a sense a painting or drawing of any kind is a holy sacred thing because it is not only just this that is surfaced. It is a whole lot more. It is just whether or not we like - taking time observing that painting later - maybe that is the question.
Is it hard - to have all that work - eventually? It is a question I also often ask myself. Isn’t it burdensome - later on in life having stacks of drawings paintings ceramics and god knows what. Where are those from and where are they going - and yes in a way I do also ask - isn’t it all just useless crap.
And in a way it can be seen as that. But it is also not - and the reason it is not just useless crap is because - it walks with you and though you don’t see it - it sculpts you and moulds you - like each time you read one of my prognoses or each time you read one of my readings - it is going to always kind of lay on top of me as a soft unseen code or program as you - looking at my program or my backlog of ideas - recite me back to me - through your words thoughts or just a grin or a frown.
Anything that is viewed that another person has done has a kind of sacred element to it - because to be - to exist in 3D form - is a great gift for anything or anyone. If it is a 3D image or a drawn or hand written piece of writing - it is going to be with you in a sense (gulp) forever because after a while you will see - time fades away but a certain sentiment stays.
How to break free from accumulations - I also ask myself that. In a sense a gift of writing or drawing or making sound is a kind of - strange gift because it is a fact - it has happened. You have art in front of you or a piece that you yourself design and it is hard to be the mother or father of anything. In a way it is a child that you have produced and now it is here in front of you or in front of another.
And now you have to speak to it or of it gently and be careful and kind with your words. Not to complete it - with that word - not to say yeah but no. Just to wait for it to show you something and to eventually let go.
So do you just burn your art.
Exactly
Maybe. Though in many meanings later in the dream you find your way out. Time has a history of repeating itself. And in a sense in something that you have yourself created or in your old photos of you - there is a message in there. And same goes with art - that you create or draw.
It is a living archive of forgotten memories. And sometimes it takes ages to remember what you had to say there. But it will come back.
